FEED AND CAUTION
A happy new month to you all and I would like to welcome you to a new month, one that is filled with gladness and rejoicing for you and your family.
Before I expound on what I believe is the heart of God for us this month, I would like to first make us understand that God is always speaking. His voice is always over us and around us (Isaiah 30:21). We can hear God in His word and around us at times. Another truth is that the voice of God is discerned (Job 33:14). We must wear the cloak of discernment and hold on to it dearly because there are lots of voices out there and only in discernment can we hear God.
So what do I believe is in God’s heart for us;
To Africa
1. My heart was inclined unto the Spirit when I saw on Newspapers cover stories and other media outlets filled, with kingdom news and stories of the acts of God’s people. Then I heard God say that the rising of gospel and kingdom news will be sweeping across Africa (focus on Central Africa). The days of kingdom news of exploit filling all media outlets and published as major headlines are upon us again. These days will come.
Believers are enjoined to take the media outlet to propagate the gospel and kingdom news, for these days are upon us. The good news of His acts and love will sweep across the continent.
2. I was on a bus within Benin City, traveling to another state when I suddenly fell into a trance. In it, I saw a woman with overflowing breast milk.
Words fail me to describe what the vision was because the woman looked like Africa’s map. Then I heard a voice that said, “God is about to feed the world and Africa is her breast, and Africans are the breast milk.”
To Nigeria
I suddenly found these words in my spirit, like they were dropped. They are ‘judgment and justice’ and ‘hero worship’. As I pondered, God led me to my prophetic book. As I read through, God directed me to a prophecy from April 2021. It says,
“We approach the valley of the decision not in the fullness of it but as a shadow of the full day where He will sit as judge above the Mount of Zion. The cup of wickedness is full and the woman of wickedness has eaten to stupor. But every time she is full, the Judge of the earth is compelled to bring justice and balance to the plain. It is therefore important for saviors to step into the valley of decision and show the dwellers the pathway to the mountain. The aftermath is mountains that will drip with new wine, hills that flow with milk, and rivers that flow to water the valley of acacia.” — Joel 3.
Like God kept warning the children of Israel from the mouth of Prophet Jeremiah, I believe God is warning the nation yet again. Alignment is key and imperative.
As regards “HERO WORSHIP”, believers are cautioned. There is a difference between honor/respect and hero worship. Believers are to be wise and are cautioned that the honor in them isn’t turned into hero worship.
In conclusion, I would love to encourage believers; that irrespective of what you see happening in Nigeria and the world at large, you can choose to be hopeful and full of faith. Let your trust remain in God for in the thick darkness, His light will shine.
